End of first semester!

I am so relieved to finally be done with first semester. I do have to admit though that it went by really fast. Next semester is going to be so easy. I am going to have a study hall for the first time ever in my whole high school and middle school career. It's going to be nice. I also dropped my early riser class 'cause I didn't feel like I was learning anything in that class. It turned out to be really boring. It's probably because all we ever did in that class was do webquests and watch documentaries. Bleh! I am so excited I got all As on all my final exams except for one class, but it's okay because I had a really high grade in that class, so my final won't really change it at all. I am so glad that Christmas is only 6 days away! Though i have to say, it doesn't feel like it is Christmas season at all. It really needs to slow and keeping snowing. I'm really tired of it snowing then raining and then the water freezing over making really bad ice. Bleh! I really don't want to have to work tonight though! I hate working Fridays because my boss is always a pain in the butt! Bleh! Well peace out homeslice!

Friday, November 28, 2008

So, my Thanksgiving was uber boring. I had nothing to do, and I didn't even get to go shopping today because I didn't get paid this week. GGRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus, I didn't even know what to get everybody for Christmas. This is so jank. I think I had the worst work night ever. My boss yelled at me because I cut a stupid pizza wrong. GRRRRRRRRRRr!!!!!!!! Why does it matter how the pizza is cut as long as it isn't mutilated!!!!!!!!!!?????????? I also have to work tomorrow which I don't want to do. Oh well, at least I don't have to work Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday! I hate working Sundays. They are so boring, and I would rather stay home and do nothing anyways! Plus, I still have to do my homework! I hate having to do homework. Homework is so overrated!!!!!!!!

TWILIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, twilight was flippin' amazing!!!!!!!!!! I mean freakin' amazing I have no other words to describe it! It was so well done. There were some details that were a little off or missing, but they weren't the big important details. All the big important details were there, and they were so right with the book. Yay!!!!!!!!! Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen was so much better than I thought it was going to be. He was freakin' amazing as Edward! Plus, he's gorgeous, so how can you not love Robert Pattinson now? I have to say though that I am so in LOVE with Kellan Lutz as Emmett Cullen! He is exactly who imagined playing Emmett. Plus, of course, Kellan Lutz is freakin' gorgeous. more gorgeous than Robert Pattinson in my opinion. Every time Emmett came into a scene....my heart skipped a beat.....he is so yummy. The person who plays Rosalie is perfect. She has the best temper for Rosalie. I think she could have more beautified (not that that is a word), but other than that....freakin' perfect. Same with Alice. The person who was picked for Alice is looks and sounds exactly the way I pictured Alice. The only thing I don't like about her is that I wish her hair was a little bit darker brunette. Other than that though, freakin' perfect as well. Jasper's face in the whole movie....OMJ! That is so freakin' hilarious. He always looked like he was in pain. It was so hysterical. Man, I think they did a good job with the character selection, but I have to admit, I didn't picture Laurent as being black. I mean the guy they casted to play Laurent did a very good job and is actually almost perfect for the part, but it's not what i was expecting. Still good though. James = perfect. Victoria = perfect. Everything about the movie = perfect. I really didn't think it was going to be that good to be honest, but now i am completely satisfied and happy with the way it was done. The ballet studio is so much better in the movie than the one i pictured in my head while I was reading the book, and that my friends is a wonderful thing. Plus, I'm glad they showed Edward and James fighting even though it is not actually explained in the book. It is said that they fight, but it doesn't describe the fight in the book. I love that they put the fight in the movie because without it....there would nothing there for the ending of the movie, and that would be boring. so overall, Twilight = FREAKIN' AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you don't like Twilight, then you have something wrong with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm Back!!!!!!!!!

So I have not written in my blog for awhile....so here is a big fat update. First things first...school is of course...bleh! but what school isn't! Most of my classes are pretty easy, but i don't like U.S. History. It makes me very bored and very angry. I LOVE history, but i HATE U.S. History. I've learned about it my whole life...grrrrrr!!!!!!!!! Pre-Calculus turning out to be easier than I thought. I mean of course there are still moments when I am an epic failure in that class, but for the most part I'm pretty cool with it...and the teacher is great...I love her! she's awesome! I could fall asleep everyday in Psychology. I mean the material is interesting and the teacher is a cool person...but he is a REALLY bad teacher. He can't teach anything....maybe if he wasn't such a bad teacher, I would like the class more...but he isn't so i don't. One good thing about him though is that he is a huge push-over...we can convince him to let us do almost anything. I love my english class. Medley is so laid-back and she is a very fun teacher. She is so hilarious...and it really helps that she loves her honors classes. I love Earth Science...because Small is AMAZING!!!!! What a hippie! i love him...he rocks!(Lyd you know what i'm talking about!)...J'adore le francais....french this year is amazing...then again that is the thing i am best at...and it is something i'm really interested in. I plan to major in it in college. Last but not least Creative Writing is one of the best classes ever. We have so much fun in there talking about pickles and creating our own superheros and children's books....plus we have really interesting people in there (Cedric, Sam, Justin, Sarah, Adrian, etc..). I just wish i didn't have so many projects....bleh...oh well i guess it is good to get use to it now...since well i will be going to college in about a year and 3/4.
Onto other things....The Andy Project has been doing really well. Our last project went very well indeed. We found another lot since we got kicked out of the last one and it was way more organized compared to what we are used which is excellent. I love serving the homeless....I love being God's hands and feet. I love loving others who need it the most....it makes me feel so good inside. We will continue with The Andy Project again twice this month. I am very excited for our Thanksgiving feast.
I met this new kid. His name is Matt, but Lydia and I call him Poopie (inside joke long story). He is wonderful....he is becoming my best guy which is awesome since i have always wanted a best guy friend. He is such a nerd though (which i love about him). He wears cardigans and ties with purple button-up shirts. He has purple braces, and he is in boys scouts. He love Rubik's cubes and can solve one in under a minute (he owns like 20 of them in all different shapes and sizes...no joke)...and he is so funny. Plus he is a first year French student and it is so hilarious to watch him mispronounce or mispell a french word or phrase...he also tends to conjugate verbs wrong...that too is hilarious. I love to help him with French because like i said before French is one of my passions in life.
I finally got a job!!!!!!!!!!! WWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited about it! Tomorrow is my first day! I'm slightly nervous because what if i screw something up? OH WEll! I have to learn some way right? That will be so awesome because I can pay for the rest of Elevate (which is going to be amazing)...and i can save up money for NYC baby! I am going on another mission trip to NYC again next summer! which is going to be fantastic fun! I just love the city...and i especially love serving people there because the atmosphere is just so different than it is here in the boonies in podunk Indiana....I hate Indiana...bleh...then again i love it because it is my home! Plus, poopie is coming and he is so much fun to be around...he totally fits in with Lydia, Audrey, and me....plus...he said that he loves our crazy, random personalities...which is a good thing since most people don't really understand our personalities. I love my life right now....I wouldn't trade the world for any of it. I mean i have struggles and things are tough....but i mean who doesn't? I mean that's life right? well my hands are tired and i think that i have typed quite enough...so peace out yo!!!!!!!!!!

So I haven't blogged in awhile. So here is what i've been up to. My pen pal from england, Alex, has started sending me letters, and I got the first one today. It made me so happy. I love getting letters. I can't wait to send him a letter back! Having a pen pal is so exciting! School so far has been a pain in my butt! I feel like I'm failing every class (thank goodness i'm not), and it is really annoying! I think I did a good job on my history test yesterday though. Well, at least I hope I did well on it. I got a C on my last History test. Also, it seems everyone of my teachers all planned at once when they were going to give their students a big fat project to do. I have about a hundred projects due within a few weeks which I have to start working on tomorrow after church. The Andy Project is now officially in the process of becoming a non-profit organization. This is very exciting, and the Lucas Oil Stadium non-profit thing is going very well so I heard. I can't actually work for that because I'm not 17 yet which makes me really sad! well that's it for now. I can't think of anything else to write at the moment! so peace out yo!

Interpals.net

So I have not blogged in awhile, so I will try to catch up as much as possible. The Andy Project is progressing, and our next meeting is September 13th which I am very excited about since we haven't meant in what seems like forever. Also we got planned all the way up through December which also makes me extremely happy because it is less stressful to have to worry about what we are going to do next type thing. Anyways, so jaq told me about this new pen pals website (interpals.net) and it makes me really happy. You can get pen pals online from all over the world. It's really fun and exciting. I have a friend from Italy, England, France, and Brazil. I started to talk to the one from Italy, and his english is pretty good, but it is still kind of cute to watch him speak english. So pretty much that was my highlight of today. It also rained for the first time today in like for freaking ever. I've been waiting for it to rain, but it hasn't. So I'm happy about that also! I'm just all around happy! I just wish that fall was here already! grrrrrrr it's not! I'm done with summer! Oh well at least August is over and it is finally September! well peace out homeslice. catcha later.

randomness

so i haven't blogged in awhile...i miss it. lately i haven't really done anything...just school. yesterday we had an Andy Project for 3 hours straight which was kind of boring...but quite interesting at the same time. I hate sitting still for three hours....it bores me, but we got a lot done. We are planned all the way up through december. The Andy Project this year is going to be freakin' AMAZING! I'm so excited which brings me to my other thought. I really wish it was fall already. I freakin' hate summer at the moment. I wish it would go away now. I'm tired of the heat, tired of the sun always shining...granted i love the sun....but i also love it when it rains and when it is a little overcast. I'm especially tired of the humidity. it is the worse especially in Indiana. grrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i don't like it! I just LOVE Fall! it's my favorite season and favorite time of year. I love the colors of the leaves like brown, yellow, orange, dark red. It's amazing! i also love the smell of burning leaves, bon fires, food such as chili and soup, and just earth. i also love how it can be cold enough to wear you have to wear a sweatshirt and jeans but not too cold to where you have to wear a coat...it's amazing...i love it! i also love the holidays...Halloween and Thanksgiving are the best! I love dressing up for Halloween and i love eating on Thanksgiving. Plus i love decorating for fall, halloween, and thanksgiving...it's so much fun! basically i wish it was fall already! plus i also love the football games where it's cold out but no one cares because they are having so much fun rooting the football team on! i love it! well that is it for the rambling today my loves....so peace out homies!

Randomness

so i haven't blogged in a couple of days, and there is a bunch of stuff that needs to be said. First of all, I got my new phone (finally) on wednesday...and i freakin' love it. it is way better than my other phone and much smaller. I also have most of my english summer work done which is good because school starts in 4 days. i have my essay and my journals done, but i have to go over my essay because it pretty much sucks hardcore. it is probably one of the worst essays i have ever writtten. and plus i have to do my project portion which will be easy because i'm doing a collage. I love making collages. they're amazing! that's another thing...school starts in 4 days! holy crap! that is unbelieveable...this summer went by so quickly. it's insane. yesterday i went to King's Island. It was amazing....i had so much fun. There was this roller coaster where you laid on your back and you were hanging upside down. it was amazing! i can't even explain it that well. oh my goodness. it was freakin' amazing! The firehawk was what it was called....look it up! on the way there while we were driving on the interstate there was this church van in front of us...and the boys that were in there kept waving at us...and then they wanted us to call them. it was awesome! they were trying to give us the number of one of them but it wasn't working out so i gave them my number...and they of course called me...it was awesome. we had a conversation and it turned out that they were going to King's Island too...so we decided to meet up somewhere...well we did...and we hung out all day together...it was awesome! i had so much fun...they were really cool kids! i'm friends with a couple of them on myspace and facebook now! its awesome! well i have not much else to say so peace out homeslice!

Camp Allendale Junior High and Baptism

so junior high camp was more fun than middler camp because i didn't have to watch the kids every second of every day, but it was kind of annoying that there were tons of dramatic middle school girls around! however, though, i can handle the dramatic girls plus most of the ones in my cabin were pretty awesome. They were nice and really laid back. They listened to every thing Kayla and I told them. It was awesome! The college students were amazazing! Especially Eric, Joel, and Jacob. Jacob with the dance moves (omg! lyd you know what i'm talking about) and eric with him just being himself and being random! Joel was pretty awesome too! I don't think there was ever a boring moment with him! Pretty much camp was really fun but i'm really glad to be home! Today i'm going to be baptized and i am very excited! i just hope all my friends can come! i really excited that Lydia is the one that is going to be baptizing me! very very excited! i'm kind of nervous though! i know i shouldn't be, but i still am. idk maybe its excitment! well peace out homies!

JoBro Concert!!!!!!!!

So the concert was amazazing!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only thing that kept it from being freakin' amazazing was Avril Lavigne. Not only do i not like her new music and her, but she did terrible! Her singing was horrible! BLEH!!!!!!!! other than that i was pretty much the best concert i have ever been to!!!!!!! and Demi Lovato did a really good job opening! in fact Avril should have been the one to open NOT Demi!!!!!! Demi should have been one of the big performances because she was really good!!!!!!!! This concert made me more in love with the JoBros than i was before, and I was pretty freakin' in love with them!!!!!!!!!!!! so here are some pics from the concert!!!!!!

So I have been to rue 21 3 times in the past 4 days...and I actually bought something! usually i don't buy anything when i go in there, but i bought a t-shirt, a ring, and sunglasses! which are all amazing! i am so excited for the JoBro concert! 2 DAYS YO! Audrey's mom might not let her go and if she doesn't, lydia and i are going to "kidnap" her! it's going to be awesome because i am not going to let one of my best friends miss the concert we have been planning on attending for 4 and half months now! so yeah those are the thoughts that i have for you today!

Camp Allendale!

So I'm finally home...and very exhausted. Even though i'm tired....camp was flippin' amazing! my girls, crazy as they were, were freakin' awesome! Brookie Cookie(Brooke), Bri Diggity Dog(Brianna), Mad-e(Maddie), Shizzie Izzy(Isabel), Bai Bai(Bailey), J-Mac(Jenna), and AC slater(Alison). These girls became some of my best friends! Even though they ran around naked, screamed a lot, were slow, and sometimes didn't listen, they were some of the best girls i have ever met! Bri and her farting i will always remeber whenever someone farts! Also, Bri's little cruch on Jazz will always be in my memories! and everytime i see Matty-G i think i might mention Alison a bit to see what he says (since she had a crush on him)! And Jenna with her slipping and falling on the bathroom floor with her nakedness! OMG! Brookie Cookie with her fly always unzipped! Isabel with her "going out" with Jo-ez! oh my gosh it doesn't count when you are in elementary school but i love that girl! Bailey with her always being clueless! awesome girl! Maddie with her poking and waking up at the crack of dawn! I will also miss the twins Demetri and Wyatt! especially Demetri with his random questions (how many lions are there in the Indianapolis Zoo? Did you know that if you stick a Praymantus in a jar over the winter that it can have over 200 babies?) Wyatt was a little on the quiet side but still freakin' awesome! Also i will miss the ganstas Jo-es (Joey), G-rant (Grant), and TCO aka Triple Cheese Omelet (Drew)! By the way Lydia if you read this you know what i'm talking about but the pic of those three i will never forget....it was AWESOME! Plus Chad with the shaving cream was pretty awesome too! hilarious! and Chad and the boys running around outside in the dark! sry but these are just my random thoughts! Plus we took Kacey Snipe hunting which was one of the best snipe hunts ever! man so many funny memories! but of course there were also the serious memories! I find it very touching when Lydia, Chad, Matty-g, and Kacey baptized people...that was really cool to watch! Also the missionaries, Dave and Lisa Sprinkle! won't forget them and the Navajo and Apache kids they work with! I will continue to pray for those kids and Dave and Lisa! i hope that they continue to move further in their work and make Hope in Transit more successful! It was pretty awesome cause i got to learn some Navajo words! Yah'at'tee Abena or whatever it is! It means Good Morning! woo hoo! i know how to say Good Morning in Navajo! well that's it with the random thoughts for the moment so peace out yo! see ya later homies!

I've never been there...and it will be fun to be a junior counselor. i love summer camps....there pretty much amazing! i can't believe that i'm going to be gone all week again! it seems that i haven't been home hardly at all since before BigStuf which was also amazing by the way! i'm so pumped! I really can't wait. especially since Lyd and I are going to be junior counselors together with Matty-G! YAY!

Well peace out yo

The Andy Project Cinci Style yo!

So today we went to Cincinnati, OH for the AP, and it was AMAZAZING! I had an amazing time walking around the city and looking at all the old buildings! It was a real eye opener also! I am around homeless people everytime we do the AP, but the number of people and how desperate they were even for a deodorant stick amazed me! The truth of homelessness finally hit for real this time. It is a real problem in our world! Poverty is a real problem in our world! The one question that always comes to mind when I think or talk about this subject is "Why does the world not care at all for their homeless neighbors?" I don't understand how people can care so little for those who are in need. Everyone is just one step from being homeless or not knowing if they are going to have what they need to survive the next day. I know what it feels like to not have luxuries. My mom has been a single mom most of my life, and I remember growing in elementary school and being made fun of for having hand-me-down clothes. I remember not knowing what it feels like to have a nice t.v. , play station, Mp3 player, or the most popular clothes at the time. I remember having to deal without. It sucks hardcore! I think that's why my heart goes out to homeless people or those who don't have very much at all so much. I am thankful very everything I have now that I have seen what it truly means to go without.
